CCC Request Guidelines
1. Requests can be made in writing or in person, however, it is usually very helpful if the request can be made in person. Questions about the purchases are often posed at the meeting. If the committee does not have enough information, the request may be tabled until more information is provided.
2. Please provide all information possible, i.e. item description, price, who will use the item, etc. If there is a catalog showing the item, please bring the catalog to the meeting. Having al the specifics available at the meeting will help the committee make a decision and will alleviate any waiting time for the decision.
3. If the requested item is a "big ticket" item, the request might have to wait for consideration until after the auction or a later date, depending on budget obligations.
4. Please provide the committee with information regarding requests for donations from other sources, such as fund raisers, school district, Indian Creek Education Foundation, etc.
